All prices quoted are for a six-month term of contract from the date of signing
our agreement. At the end of this contract you may either continue the contract
for a further six-month term, negotiate the terms of the contract, or cancel the
contract entirely.
Search Engine Guy Pty Ltd guarantees that you will get a full refund on cash
invested with us if the pages designed for your search engine optimisation
campaign do not receive any traffic throughout the year. Please also see our

Search Engine Guy Pty Ltd search engine optimization specialists aim to achieve
a Top 20 ranking at least on Google for all customer agreed keyphrases. We would
expect to achieve the desired position for your chosen search term within 10-15
weeks of the optimised pages being uploaded to the customer’s website. Due to
the Google guidelines Search Engine Guy Pty Ltd as an internet marketing company
cannot guarantee positions on Google. Although the work Search Engine Guy Pty
Ltd carries out will benefit search engine positions on search engines other
than Google, we consider Google to be the most important search engine and
measure the success of a search engine optimisation campaigns by search engine
rankings achieved on Google.
With ‘cost per click’ search engine promotion campaigns the customer pays the
fee agreed at the beginning of the search engine optimisation process. At the
end of each calendar month from whence the optimised web pages were uploaded to
your website you will pay for the quality clicks the pages received that Search
Engine Guy Pty Ltd have designed.
There is no guarantee that once a keyphrase has achieved top placement on Google
that it will continue to remain in that position throughout the search engine
optimisation campaign. Changes in search engine algorithms and new website
competition may influence a keyword search engine ranking as time passes.
Additionally, new sites and potentially competitor web sites are being optimised
and submitted every day to achieve good search engine ranking.
No guarantees can be given as to how long a site will retain its rankings, as
search engines change their ranking algorithms on a regular basis. Additionally,

every day. The best way to ensure that you maintain your rankings, once
achieved, is to arrange a maintenance contract with Search Engine Guy Pty Ltd
N.B. We do not perform any type of website design or uploading of content and
changes to structure for your website. We may, however, refer you to other
resources. On the occasions when we are unable to undertake the work requested
we may direct the client towards other companies who we feel may be able to
undertake the required work. We are in no way responsible for these companies.
Any contract undertaken by the client and any other company based upon this
information is at the risk of the client. In no way is Search Engine Guy Pty Ltd
responsible for these contracts. Search Engine Guy Pty Ltd are only responsible
to clients whose contract is with Search Engine Guy Pty Ltd. This being clients
who have invoices from Search Engine Guy Pty Ltd and have paid monies using the
instructions listed upon this invoice.
